Place the Mangigi on the centre of the table.


Place the prepared food on the Mangigi. E.g. you eat meat,
potatoes and vegetables. Divide them evenly over the 6 saucers
of your Mangigi. If you wish to eat more vegetables, place
vegetables pieces in 2 or more saucers. When you eat pasta, for example, you can vary with placing cucumber, water or fruit in the saucers or make big pieces and small pieces


Twist the pointer. When the Mangigi stops,
it is pointing at a saucer. Everybody can then take
a bit of the corresponding food from their own plates.


When the Mangigi points in between two saucers,
you have a choice of which food you would like to eat.
Or take both. And most of all: have fun!
